Jody Tzucker, Our Keynote Speaker: Jody, a native Hoosier and an internationally respected speaker, has been studying her family’s origins since she was a 6 year old girl. So began a lifelong fascination with piecing together the puzzle of who belonged where on her tree. Her formal genealogy research began in the early 1980's after teaching 7th graders at the Beth-El Zedeck religious school.
Jody attended the Institute for Foreign Language and Culture at the University of Erlangen, Germany, and then spent a year at the University of Barcelona, and she earned a degree in Anthropology and Geography at Indiana University. These areas of study combine to create the perfect backdrop for genealogical research. She currently resides in Carmel, Indiana with her husband John.
